PhD Candidate in Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise, INSEAD
Welcome!
I am a PhD Candidate in Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise at INSEAD. I am on the 2026–2027 academic job market.
In my dissertation, I study entrepreneurship through acquisition (ETA), where individuals become entrepreneurs by buying existing firms rather than founding new ones. I ask how entrepreneurs screen acquisition targets, how sellers disclose firm quality, and how investors choose whom to back.
My dissertation is supported by the Will Mitchell Dissertation Research Grant Program (SRF) by the Strategic Management Society (SMS) and the Rudolf and Valeria Maag Scholarship in Entrepreneurship.
My dissertation committee includes Bala Vissa (co-chair), Ivana Naumovska (co-chair) and Vibha Gaba. Before INSEAD, I completed my Master in Management at ESSEC Business School, an MBA exchange at Duke Fuqua, and a B.E. in Computer Science at BITS Pilani.
